• Candidate Interview - an initial interview with one of our consultant professionals designed to build an accurate picture of the candidates skills, experience and aspirations
• Advice & Training - We will offer professional advice on CV design, interview technique and job searching. We can also organise and co ordinate training for all sectors be it NVQ or a specialised industry qualification
• On site surgeries - Once our candidates have started their placements whether it is permanent or temporary contract we keep a high level of communication offering "surgeries" on site or off site giving the candidate an opportunity to express their opinions on their role and site of placement, offering assistance where required
• Candidates Events - An ideal networking opportunity for like minded professionals to meet up for a drink after a hard days work at the office or factory and network with other candidates
